An analytical thinker with strong Power BI expertise and a passion for data-driven decision making
Detail-oriented, with a structured approach to data analysis and documentation
Proactive and self-organized — comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
Excellent at problem-solving, stakeholder communication and translating business needs into BI solutions

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define KPIs and deliver analytical solutions
Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch, shaped to business-user needs
Develop and maintain semantic models in Microsoft Fabric / Power BI; write and optimize DAX measures
Identify trends and patterns in data and proactively suggest business-process improvements

3+ years in Business Intelligence or Analytics
Deep understanding of a business domain such as Fintech, Retail, Insurance, Telco or Hospitality
Proven experience working directly with stakeholders — gathering requirements, translating them into analytical solutions, presenting insights
Strong analytical thinking; actionable insights from data
Good knowledge of Power BI and proficiency in DAX; working experience with semantic models (Power BI / Microsoft Fabric)
Basic SQL; understanding of data modeling and transformation concepts
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
A plus: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification; Power BI MCP Server and generative AI in the BI area
